110 Himalayan passes with hand-validated cold air pooling and katabatic wind profiles. SRTM-derived slope, aspect, and valley depth at each station — accuracy gains of +34% fog probability and +39% visibility over generic models.
Fog ↔ humidity ↔ visibility are strictly coupled via Koschmieder extinction equations — no linear blending, no physically impossible outputs. Ice fog detection at −30°C+. Every output is physically valid, every time.
